Meet Lalou, a handmade camel crafted by the nomadic women of the Sahara Desert in Morocco. As shared in our video, these incredible women create each camel from materials they gather while traveling across the vast desert, bits of wool, fabric, fibers, and small treasures blown across the dunes. Every camel is entirely unique, infused with the personality, creativity, and resourcefulness of the woman who made it.

Lalou is bright and full of joy, featuring a soft cream wool body, a striking golden fringe collar, and a multicolored braided lead with a deep purple tassel. Her fluffy desert tuft and gentle stance give her a sweet, playful energy.
